Oxford Dictionary describes EMOTION as instinctive or intuitive feeling as DISTINGUISHED FROM REASONING OR KNOWLEDGE. Dictionary.comdescribes EMOTIONS as any strong AGITATION of the feelings. 

Our emotions are in fact a POWERFUL and untapped RESOURCE! For too long, we thought they get in our way. But they get in our way only if we don’t understand them & don’t know how to manage them. The power lies in understanding & regulating our thoughts, feelings & actions. Thus creating most robust wiring in the brain!
